Ebele Radizi is a distinguished legal and advisory professional with almost two decades of experience across the Energy, Real Estate, and Government Advisory sectors. Over the course of her career, she has amassed an extensive network of contacts across these industries, establishing herself as a trusted figure in some of the most consequential professional circles in Nigeria and beyond.

Ebele has worked with and for several of the country's leading law firms, bringing both rigour and strategic insight to every role she has held. A career highlight was her tenure as Legal Secretary for the world's largest natural gas company in Nigeria — a position that deepened her expertise in energy law and high-stakes corporate governance. She further broadened her professional footprint by working with the British government through its Aid Programmes, gaining invaluable exposure to international development, policy, and cross-border advisory work, before going on to found Whitesage Associates as its Principal Partner.

Her current focus spans Energy Transition, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, and the Real Estate sector — areas that reflect both her longstanding expertise and her commitment to forward-looking, impact-driven practice.

Ebele holds a Master's degree from University College London (UCL), an LLB from the University of Buckingham, and Management Certificates from the London Business School and Harvard Business School. She was called to the bar in 2004 and is a qualified Notary Public.
